The mouse is great, but the fact that I can't get any support to help me figure how to replace the batteries is terrible!!!
Hi Jaymee, we're glad you like the mouse, but we're sorry you're having trouble with the batteries. I'll admit our support isn't very easy to find - use the contact us form:
https://keyscaper.com/pages/contact-us
It might be hard to find, but we're pretty helpful and quite fast. ;)
I've also met with the website team and we're putting together a much more visible and unified support page, because you're right - it's too hard to find.
The directions (single page) tell you to make sure ‘the year’ is set correctly in order for the day of the week to be updated correctly. Well, if there was some way to check/set/correct what the year is, it would certainly be helpful.
Nowhere on the clock….via the ‘’modes’ is there a space/window to enter the year.
So I am now stuck with a clock that indicates the time, date and temperature correctly…..but not the day of the week…..now I have to go through the hassle of returning the clock. This was the first time I’ve ordered from this site. Will likely be my last……
Hi Kim, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with setting the year on your clock.
The manuals that ships with the clock isn't great, and I apologize. We've recently created a new manual, that's quite a bit more helpful. Here's a link:

I recommend reaching out to our customer support via the contact us link at the bottom of the website. We'd be happy to help you with a return or further troubleshooting.
Awesome product whilst also enhancing my new ORANGE iPhone! lol Also love the texture. No fingerprints here! Customized message was the icing/cherry on the cake/on the sundae.
