We changed to Ground in 2026 for two reasons: Our recent experience has been that carriers are struggling to actually deliver in time to meet the 2-day contract, and it's frankly lame to be paying for 2-day service that doesn't deliver on the promise. Second reason: UPS and Fedex have been undergoing massive layoffs and service changes. In this space of uncertainty, Ground service via USPS rises as the most reliable way to quickly get shipments to our customers for a reasonable cost.

All our phone cases support wireless charging except for folio and wallet case designs. Those cases are a bit too thick to work with all chargers.
