Keyscapers are under warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase for manufacturer defects. If you are experiencing such a defect, please return your keyscaper to the place of purchase for replacement.
If you purchased online or at our mall kiosk, please contact customer support via the orange tab to the left for help.
If you need to return a keyscaper purchased directly from Keyscaper (via www.keyscaper.com or our Clackamas Town Center kiosk) for any reason other than a manufacturer's defect, you may do so within 30 days of purchase by contacting Keyscaper customer support using the orange tab on the left and requesting a return authorization. There is a 25% restocking fee and merchandise must be in new and unused condition. You must also provide return postage and a copy of your return payment details so that we can credit your account.
